Recall that the chairman of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Ifeanyi Uba last night announced that he will release 13 million litres of fuel (Read that here). Well, Nigerians are there this morning to get some of it. This is the fuel queue at Capital Oil, Berger. Cars began to queue as early as 2am.
